Hi I'm new here, my name's Steve and I'm a RGI in Kent.

I have a customer with a Heatline Vizo 24 Boiler. Luckily it is the first I have ever come across. The problem is the Flame Failure light coming on after the boiler stops sparking. It seems to light ok but keeps sparking (approx 7 seconds) then cuts out and the Flame Failure light comes on.

I have cleaned up the ionisation probe, and with the case off the boiler fired up, the sparking stopped after a couple of seconds and the boiler stayed alight. It will stay alight when the case is put back on until I turn the boiler off and back on. I have checked the fan and flue which both seem to be in good condition. I have heard that the condensate sensor can throw up this error, but seems strange it will work with the cover removed. Has anyone any experience or advice please?

Steve
