Hi, do you have to have a power flush certificate for your insurance company and if so what should be on the certificate
 
are they asking for one , ive never issued one , just a works complete order stating what we had done and what they had paid

Hi Bod, thanks very much for your reply. I just wondered as some powerflush companies issue certificates and I thought maybe it was compulsory.
Have you heard of the Powerflush Association (Novatus) from Essex. We were thinking of joining as a paid member, not sure where there will be any benefit.
 
Hi Howsie, have you had any dealings with them, have you heard anything about them ? They say you can join for free or pay to go on their website for leads but it doesn't say how much. I am bit sceptical to say the least.
 
another leech to take your money for doing FA, gas safe do certificates if you want to give the customer some paperwork other than an invoice
 
Fernox do a powerflushing pad, if you ring their sales office they usually send them out for free. Has space to write TDS values for each rad etc.
