Hi all.

Firstly, I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I have just moved house and the gas radiator central heating system is some-what confusing me. I have an adjustable sunvic homewarm thermostat on the landing. If I turn it oneway I seem to get hot water and no heat to the radiators, and if I turn it the other way I seem to get slightly warm water and great radiator heat. Even with the boiler timer overridded this happens.

There is an analogue timer which you have to click in the pegs in the airin cupboard, and next to that theres a digi-timer. The whole set-up seems weird.

Any idea on the thermostat would be good. I have tried to google an image but its quite old and I can't find one. It has numbers 1 to 5 starting left to right, and yellow and orange arcs above the dial.

Regards

Karl
