I am looking at S plan wiring diagram's in a book and trying to understand it.
Can any one explain what the different colour wires are and what they do.
I think I know the basics.
L = Brown.
N = Blue.
E = Yellow+Green.
But what are the Grey and Orange wire, Orange I think is switch live but not exactly sure how it all works.
And don't worry not wiring someones system up only research for college home work. LoL

send me a PM with an email address and i will send you a powerpoint which shows the function of all the wires in each system, each click energises a wire and shows you what happens,
