Flue terminal missing on the outside, not the best way to go.

more bird guard than terminal, but yeah something need putting on up there.
 
if its a manufactured flue it should incorperate bird protection looks like an old balanced flue to me so must be damaged to let that get in
 
Haa it was a balanced flue, thorn apollo me thinks top floor flat, the central part of the flue had fallen out and they made them self's a lovely warm home.
