All the time or only when you fill it ?

I'd imagine all the time. We moved into the house around a year ago and the shelf underneath is visibly stained from the dripping.

Could be from a previous repair can you see where the condense drains into eg white plastic pipe on the far left eg first one

I can see the white pipe but can't see either end of it. One runs into the boiler itself that I cannot get under. The other end runs into the floor of our storage cupboard

Could be the AAV inside the boiler leaking. Fairly common issue with Greenstars AIUI. Needs a registered (Gas Safe) engineer to take a look.
