fitting above boiler tommorow with pipes goin behind jig so looks like im going to have to use the filling loop supplied with charging key e.t.c. i usually just put a normal one on so easier for customer to use . Has anyone fitted the worcester internal filling loop ?? Any problems or are they ok ???? Thanks

Easy to put in the prefill links i use a normal now as you a lot easier to explain to custs how to do it, easy to do remove plugs from cold and return valves insert prefilll tighten 4 allen keys job done

I like to fit an external ones, as the worcester ones are a bit crap and I also like to add inhibtor through the filling loop aswell which you need an external one for.

If you like a normal filling loop just use a 22 x 15 x 22 and a 15 tee instead of elbows and fit it below the boiler. Bend it to the side and it will look better.

Thanks for the help guys only thing i found was everytime you take the key out you get a few dribbles of water but no problem other than that. Was going to do that Tams but had a heating pipe teed off the return going to a rad right near the boiler so it would of looked pretty crap any further down so stuck with the internal. Cheers

I install worcesters alot, have no problems with the internal filling loop. Easy to fit, just got 4 grub screws with a allen key and fits nicely.
However i dont take the key out because it does weep, so just keep it in, you fill the heating by the knob to the left of the key by unscrewing it with your fingers.

Only issue I have with them is when you turn up to a property and the T has been misplaced.
