worcester greenstar Ri 18. problem

Hi guys hoping you might have some advice on the above boiler.

Went to look at this earlier, the blue power light is not on, no flashing lights all is dead. Got 240v at main power going in, and have 240v at pump over run terminal when i switch programmer on, but boiler is dead.
Any thoughts appreciated as returning tommorrow, thanks.

Have you checked fuses on pcb?

yeah sorry forgot to mention that i changed the internal fuse with the spare one on the casing.

Start with the basics.

Live - neutral 240 v

Live - EARTH 240 v

Neutral- Earth > 15v

A broken neutral is very possible, check the main N terminal isnt lose/ broken. I have had this one before overtightened by installer.

Its very easy just to use an earth whilst checking voltage but can be very misleading.
