    Check the cold supply lever to the boiler ( blue one I think ) is fully open . Has the cold water flow to the kitchen sink altered recently ?

    I would start by stopping hoping and actually find out your pressure and flow to the property . You cant do any of that without excellent pressure and flow .

    Bleed flush and maybe balance , every rad has to be turned off individually in the flushing process
