Probably a tmv/ mixing valve causing an issue. Is your cold water alot better than your hot? Pressure wise?
Many tmv's have problems if theres a different between the hot and cold.
If it's a paying job then you need to leave it or remove it using an approved method/ company. Personally I'd make it removable and get a company to take it away. Keep all receipts/ certificates for as long as your alive to cover yourself.

Also being able to reverse the flow of the water makes a huge difference.
It's more like a safety check tbh. For the system to work safely it has to operate at certain pressures and have correctly working controls installed in the correct way. Cleaning the strainer, checking supply pressure setting, safety devices operate, expansion vessels are charged etc... Some...
Milwaukee M12 pump. Pumps up four tyres on van with one battery. Good for air tests too. can set pressure and press one button to start, auto stops, decent hose and end.
Pipe center will sell glue and fittings for this but you need to identify the size which will probably be imperial. Last time I brought some I had to buy 2 fittings going to female iron Then end feed male it. Glue takes about 8 hours plus to set tho, so can be a pain. They did make a fast set...
Those that air test I assume you have specific public liability insurance for it? I assume you barrier off, use warning signs to keep the building clear?
My old company had risk assessment and method statements for air testing. If you read them you wouldn't bother trying.
wickes rads are made by quinn/barlow i think. they make the best pound for pound output radiators. think they call it generation 3 of radiator design. Less water with more fins etc....
The system should have been commissioned and functionally tested by the plumber/ engineer.
Its very important with an unvented cylinder installed to check the correct operation of the zone valves and controls including the stats correctly turn off.
i would say the system was installed then...
plastic costs more for materials but labour is alot less. also most newbuilds are done from below in ceiling for health and safety and constructions reasons. most joist systems make it very hard to install lengths of copper without damage.
the only new builds that are normally all copper are...
very hard to give you exact lists tbh, whats the flooring and joist system?
copper is the best option if suitable plastic if pulmbing from below into ceiling space. plastic 10mm drops may be better than copper into electrical boxes or triangles. best ask your plumber.
list to start you off...
seperate wastes needed. bath trap will be above the floor level. shower traps can be cleaned out from above, bath traps may need to be removed to clean out.
make sure you use a lipped tray or a classi seal.
