    Vaillant EcoTec Plus 428

    It's not going above 42 degrees. Burners on. Have checked thermostat and it's working fine. It ramps up every now and temp goes to 65 degrees for about 10 seconds and then ramps straight back down and temp goes back to 42...???? Didn't go as far as to check the thermistor as it was bloody late...

    Connecting 3rd gen nest to vailliant 838 ecotec plus

    vaillant ecotec plus 831 not responding to p tests

    can't test the boiler in full rate as when selected it doesn't respond, doesn't respond to anything in the p menu board fault i presume. going back tomorrow, anyone had this before?

    Strange brown water marks on my white plastic cover vaillant ecotec plus 838

    HI everyone Had my new boiler about 4 months... it's a vaillant ecotec plus 838... Today I noticed some browning on the white plastic cover looks like could be water marks... or some sort of lacker issue... Anyone seen something like this before?

    Hi i have installed one of these into a large, does this boiler have frost protection built in. or do i need to buy a external stat. If one is built in does it just run its self as long as boiler is on . or does heating hot water have to be on cont on the programer thanks

    Vaillant Vsmart Wiring on ecotec plus 831

    Hi Vaillant have confirmed the Vsmart unit will work with the older 831 Combi.. but the wiring instructions for the ebus do not match the terninals in the boiler. Has anyone fitted a vsmart unit to an 831 combi. What terminals should it be wired to? 3 and 4 without bridge?? Thanks Bob
