Hi, this is my first post to this esteemed forum so please excuse any faux pas.

Hi all
Just after a bit of advice. I work on site and don’t do much domestic work. But a neighbour has asked me to install an outside tap and I’m unsure how acceptable this would be.
She wants the tap in the back garden and there is absolutely no pipework at the back of the house. Kitchen...
Hi all,
I want to put the washing machine in the garage but will need to do the pipework. The only water pipe going into the garage is the one for the combi boiler, which is also in the garage. Would it be ok to come off the water pipe for the boiler?
Thanks for reading
So, noticed this afternoon that the same jokers that filled my customers drains up with render (posted some pics in Matchless Plumb's "good or bad idea" thread) have also rendered the PRV discharge from the combi into the wall.

I have been replacing my radiators (all too small), and adding some extra ones. Boiler is a baxi back boiler, cast iron.
Is it essential to use a cleaner like x400 to get rid of flux residue etc. Or would fill heat, then drain be sufficient.
Then going to add x100.
Good afternoon,
