    Vokera Easiheat+ 24c.....Faulty gas valve??? Any Vokera engineers here?

    OK, so this boiler will not light.....unless I restrict the air intake into the venturi. I Adjusted the gas valve (as instructed by Vokera) to the "default" settings but still no joy their tech support is pretty poor. Am I missing something or is the gas valve faulty.
