I have recently taken out an ad with 118118 when discussing with the salesman (conman) he explained that if we werent happy with the service we had 3 months in which to cancel,
as we have had not one phone call and been placed in the wrong category "Bathroom furnishers" instead of plumbers we cancelled in writing. 118118 now want the whole years money and their salesmen have denied saying that we could cancel within 3 months.They have threatened us with debt collectors if we dont pay.We have not received a contract and all we have is a written order, as we have no intention of paying any advice would be appreciated has anyone else had problems with 118118
