I look after about ten rented houses which have several different makes of boiler. I am not gas safe so I dont touch the boilers apart from the obvious( electric on ,gas in meter ,water pressure timer and thermostat etc).
This week I have 3 Heatline boilers no working.
One has no lights on although there is power to fuse spur.

Two has a flame /gas fault (the far right light flashing)

Three. a heating engineer has already worked on this and siad it is a sensor which he cant get from heatline? I change a rad valve yesterday and the after refill the boiler ran for 2 mins and heated some of the rads before cutting out. This made me think a blockage.

Any thing I can do while I wait for the heating engineer?
