Advice about what to use to fill a bath..

I bought triple taps and a shower hose to fit to my bath.. bought a while ago to match the sink triple taps..
Then a struck a deal on a carron celsius bath that fills from the over flow using a single 15mm flexy..

So my question is with this type of filling pipe would you fit wall mounted taps and some sort of diverter valve or as I'm wall mounting use a concealed shower unit or would that slow the speed at which it fills ..

Thanks never done this type of bath before
