Hi guys,

Been at a property this pm - they have converted the roof space into a room in the roof ( not a proper one as access is by a ladder but you get the idea )

the customer has a problem in that the radiator in this room needs constant bleeding. Is this because of it's position high up in the house ? ( I checked the F&E tank and it sits slightly higher than the radiator )

Any help much appreciated...

cheers,

dave

Well a top radiator will collect air over a period of time but not constantly,if this is happening, there is a problem, there could be a leak in the system, pump could be pulling air in from a joint/auto air vent, just before pump or if pipework incorrect could be pulling down vent
