Air to air heating

Has anyone installed more of this? It's basically Aircon. But used for heating purposes?

Thanks so is it refrigerant that runs in the pipes to cassettes in the building that blow warm/cold air?

Being older than most on here probably I can remember them being called "Split units" and then "Split unit Comfort cooling with heating" Air Conditioning was outside compressor and condenser units ducted into the building with ceiling mounted air distribution box's, seems that we have fallen into the Americanisms of calling everything Air Conditioning if it moves air with even a hint of changing it's temperature no matter where it is located.
