Welcome to the forum. Although you can post in any forum, the USA forum is here in case of local regs or laws
Small squirt of washing up liquid shot into f/e tank cold feed, let it pull into system, and run round primary circuit only as you've got to rinse it all out afterwards, if doesn't work first time try a little more, this does work and has helped loads of engs. I know, taught to me by my dodgy master when I was an app 22 yrs back
It will get rid of airlock, it works, no kidding
Just try it or don't but it'll get you home quicker next time you have one
just pull out the thermostat on the boiler and let it warm up for a bit then pop it in an let things settle, dont even need to climb a ladder 🙂 only for the brave and the customers gone out, can be a tadge noisy 🙂
Then forget about it then, your loss
cant see washing up liquid working. other than bubbles in the f and e
wouldnt reccommend boiling a lwc boiler either, only a nice big cast iron one 🙂
