Alpha 240e combi

Hi, Im going to look at an Alpha 240e tommorw customer has told me that there is no hot water or heating any ideas what to look for as i cant find the mi instructions anywhere.🙁

well if you have nothing from the boiler could be any thing,we could give you a big list and then you find someone has hung there coat on the gas cut off valve😱🙂

this boiler is almost the same as a baxi 80eco,in fact thats what it later became a lot of parts are interchangeable,except pcb the alpha has 2 the baxi 1,and the fan,go trough your basic checks power in,fast fuses etc but pay paticuler attention to the pump pressure switch [on the diverter valve ,small one]if its not lifting split diaprham,blocked housing[small hole under diaprham] or knackerd pump try this and come back with findings
