As above - going through full sequence - but not lighting -sparks ok - changed gas valve - no joy - take it it's the board?

I have changed pcb today - still no joy!
Is there anything else interrupting this to not let the gas through ?
On the outlet on the gas I am getting a negative reading on the pressure?
