Alpha cd25x diverter valve

Seems the one I put a new actuator on also has a leak thought the center of the valve. Got quoted £76 or a replacement center kit which seemed a little steep, anyone got any other suggestions?

I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and give the guy the not great news 🙁
