He should have made it clear but I see no issue with contracting it out as long as the subby holds the necessary qualifications

And the job is done correctly. Minimum of 45 minutes for me that one.

Sometimes you get easy ones. Boiler, meter, front door and kitchen tap in reaching distance.
Don’t have to go upstairs, paperwork prepared the night before.😎
