Years ago an engineer told me if you feel under pressure because the customer is watching you get them to go upstairs and run the bath tap!! It gives you time to relax and think about the breakdown logically. If the customers not the brightest it also works when your trying to fix their fire!!!

went to one today sparks had re wired most of the house he was a kid though rcd kept tripping the fault was a knackerd 3 port,custard has been stung by the sparks,if they had called me first.....
