Anyone else having trouble taking off a low nox blast tube off from the burner?

I’ve had trouble taking off the new blast tubes from the low nox burners for a while now, usually on the new grant euro flame/vortex oil boilers. Some of them are fine and come off easily and others barely budge at all. The pictures are of one that’s only 3 years old, it should come off easily but had to hammer it to get it moving.

Yes normally find the condense is backing up slightly / boiler tilted the wrong way causing a drip onto the blast tube

Grinder and a wire wheel sorts them out
