Hi,

I am a bit stumped... I am currently on a maintenance job for a leaky shower and am unsure what to do. The leak is coming from the thermostatic cartridge and am unsure what to do next. I think I may need to completely change the cartridge but was wondering if there was anything I may have missed.

also the problem, I believe has caused a leaky shower head which will just need a washer replacing.

thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Steve.
If the leak is coming from the Aqualisa cartridge, then you need a new cartridge for sure.
Be careful you get the exact type, as there are different but similar looking cartridges for these showers.
Beware there is an O ring supplied with some that fits inside the body & you will need an O ring picker perhaps to remove old one. Use a screwdriver centred in the body, to slide the new O ring into place & be careful not to drop it into the bottom outlet!
If the shower head is also dripping, then replacing the cartridge & O ring will also cure that.
Check online with Showerdoc for your exact model, if in doubt.
