Aquas AquaMax shower unit issue

Hi folks, recently fitted a Aquas Aquqmax shower unit. Problem I have is shower only runs hot. If the diL is turned to cold and then powered on it will run cold , then after about 15 seconds start to get hot and stay hot. If I turn the dial up it gradually gets very hot.i It is mains fed and I have 4 bar at outside tap and 2 bar at shower input. Have been in contact with supplier and then distributor who replaced unit. Have swapped out unit and still have same problem! Any ideas guys?
