B & Q Boiler

Hi guys just had a builder asking about the B&Q iqe boiler anyone know anything about them ? who makes them Etc.

B&Q set up factory to make em, so I was informed. Yes they have 10 yr warranty

Yes builder tells me has 10 year warranty (£700) don't know if that includes Flue / Timer

They rang me (B&Q) about eco scheme and these are the boilers they want installed

Yeah sime do boiler with 10 yrs too...but if they breakdown all the time, not good for customer

I have fitted some Sime boilers with the 10 year warranty never had any problems with them

Screw fix near me are having a green day next week, if you sign up for the course, at £700 I think, you get a voucher at the end for..............a free boiler.
we may not like them but they are out there.

Screw fix are selling baxi duo tec 28 cheaper than that to with 7 year warranty which will be a lot better than sime, I'd be looking at something different
