Baxi 105e combi boiler

Hello

I have a baxi 105e combi with a 60 fault.
I have changed the pump and diaphram on the diverter vale but the problem is still there, a quick hit with the back of my hand on the pump and it starts working??
I spend a packet on it last year, gas valve, pcb, thermistors.
I should have dumped this boiler last year but with money tight I went ahead and fixed it
Any help most welcome
