Baxi Combi Control

Hopefully you can shed some light on this

I have a baxi duo tec combi installed into my house around 8 months ago along with a programable timer / thermostat.

Talking to my friend at work and he can adjust the radiator and tap water temperature on his combi boiler.

I have no controls on the front of my duo tec..

Is this normal? have they actually fitted a combi?

Have you tried opening the lower pull down flap at the bottom of the boiler ??????????????
