Hello just received call from customer above boiler e133 error which I see is ignition error, looking at the fault finding in the mi it requires 100 v dc at terminals 2 and 7 if not then new pcb. Please could anyone offer any more assistance in diagnosing. Thanx in advance

E133 flame failure, remove electrode it will have bent, straiten it back out order new one

What he said if the serial number is XXX1001XXXXXXX or before (the 10 indicates the year is was built, so an 09 is 2009, 10, 2010 etc.)

Other things to check, inlet pressure or gas valve adjustment, but most likely if it's an older one, the electrodes will be the issue. Be careful when bending them, but order some new ones, they redesigned them and they're 1 million times better.

Thanx fellas will pick some up on way to job will put new flame sensing electrode in as well

So I take it to be a common fault on the duo tech with probes bending..

Sorted fellas new probes in fired up straight away no errors.. Thanx for all the advice
