Baxi instant 105 he hot water fault

Hi I'm a gsr installer got a problem with a Baxi 105he instant. When opening hot water tap partially diver pin is not coming fully out to operate micro switch. Change dhw differential valve head and checked sensing tubes filter is clear and water pressure is high.

Any ideas

did you just change the head you said? thats not the problem its the valve under neath it

Thanks gas man I had wonderd about he valve behind as i
the rod was stuck in When took the head off so I took it out and cleaned it. It did free up after that but still no joy. I will replace it next week . Thanks for replies

I understand that a failing pump can affect the diaphragm type diverter valve, however can any body explain how ?
