Biasi Rival compact combined boiler

Hi,

I have a Biasi Riva compact combi boiler. At the moment it is on summer settings with the DHW set to its minimum. When I run a hot tap the water gets extremely hot and is unbearable to hold your hand under the tap. The thermometer on the boiler displays 60 degrees after 20 seconds of the tap running. Is there an internal thermostat that should control the dhw?
