bm5300 blanco eye kitchen mixer leaking

hi guys,
got a problem with the blanco eye bm5300 kitchen mixer tap , it is leaking where spout enters base where levers are. the more the tap is turned on the more it leaks at spout base.I am a newbie so precise step by step instructions would be great. I had the grub screw out from the rear of the base but the spout only came out about half inch, felt tight so didn't pull it out any further. according to the manufacturers instructions it looks like there is a couple of o rings and a ptfe ring which I thought I could look at if I got to them!! any help would be greatly appreciated

When there is a grub screw fitted, there should be nothing else holding the neck in. Often they are very tight to pull up.
Remove the grub screw (make sure you don't loose it, plug the wastes) & try to pull neck while perhaps turning it a bit.
You might find it hard to get an exact match for O rings. The top O ring is the essential one to stop leaks. Use a little Vaseline or silicone grease on it before refitting.

Whatever you do don't tilt the tap or you may make the fitting oval shaped and then it'll never seal.

BLANCOEYE BM5300 leaking from cold water handle

Please anyone know how to open cold water handle to replace the cartridge.
