boiler fault can u help

im still learning all the time so hope you can help.I got a phone call there now a baxi combi 130 HE is providing C,H but not H,W and it flashing L7 im going to job in morning so wld appreciate your help.Im thinking diverter valve r heat exchanger.What is the L7 flashing light.
