boiler location

Does any one know if a boiler can be fitted over the kitchen sink ? ceilings a 3m high , so boiler can go up about min 1m above kitchen sink .
 
yes it can,the regs look at a fixed bath or shower not a sink sounds like it would be way above it anyway
 
Zoning only counts for baths. I replaced a boiler over a sink, 800mm above. Old one had been their 15 years and serviced by bg with no comment.
 
That's why I said smilimar , also just because bg serviced doesn't mean it was right, when I'm done on a job involving then ga safe and the hse I'll put pictures up to proove it
