Boiler plus conformity

Hi everyone. I'm only just qualified and have been asked to install a replacement boiler in a maintenance yard. There is a pre existing Building management system with zone thermostats linked to electronically operated trv's on ceiling hung radient panels, which are, in some areas, linked to motion sensors that override the stats when no motion is detected.... However this system is not directly linked to the boiler so the demand for heating is constant (thermostat bus at pcb linked so no external stat linked to boiler) So my question is...does this pre existing system satisfy the Boiler Plus requirements if I fit a new boiler? I'm just a bit unsure. Many thanks for your help.

Need to connect the boiler to the bms and then weather comp the bms

Hi. Its currently a baxi avant 35c combi on lpg. Less than 70kW and less than 35mm pipe.

Hmm I wouldn't know where to start with that...

Easiest way is just to wc the boiler but you can’t leave it on constant
