Hi guys,
I have been asked to do a boiler service at a Dental Practise, who would like a certificate to prove the boiler has been serviced. What forms do you use, would a gas safety certificate suffice or would you use a landlord certifcate?

Don't use a landlord/homeowner certificate as you can charge more for that. Just go into your merchants and get a service pad it will have everything you need on it.

I use a LL/gas safety pad for all my services, whether they actually ask for/or need a cert or not
They seem happier with a bit of paper to show for their money
