Hi. So had BG come and do their annual service today and after he left I noticed a gap at the top of the casing. It wasn't like this previously and was flush against the wall. I didn't watch him work but I'm quite sure he didn't remove that out casing. Any idea what might have happened here please ? Thanks

Don’t worry. Figured it. Top panel wasn’t in holder properly!
