So finally finished all the work at my brothers!! And I must say, what fantastic experience it has been. I know I'll get slated for how the toilet waste had to get done but it was so tight I had no other way of doing it.. ce la vie! He also didn't want the basin waste run externally so again, no other choice. But tested both toilet and basin and both drain fine with no issues - I know it's not ideal but I had to improvise

Looks really good.

Only issue I can see is the ball valves feeding the towel rail. Pet hate and not rated for central heating.

Not so sure, is that a rise at the end?

No rise, I made sure of that.. haha I've left my brother with the task of trimming 20mm off the panel and fitting it.. I wanted to come home and see my girls 🙂

Yeah I fitted them while the tiler was there and then decided to leave them. I've seen on Plumber Parts YouTube videos that he fits ISO valves on some rads so I thought it was ok - first time I've done it to be fair and if they're not good then it'll be the last! Cheers for the info Sir 😉

As soon as there touched / off they leak but other than that just a pet hate

If I ever have to drain the system I'll take them off - but for now they're staying lol

They don't even have to be touched or turned off to leak.

So glad you mentioned a tiler Jay because I know her indoors would be having a gentle word about why no round holes in the floor tiles and having chrome pipes coming up not copper if she was paying you.
