building control after water usage figures

Hi guys

looks like I have been caught out on a new reg that apparantley came in last year, I have been asked to submit water usage calculations to building control on a new build, anyone else done this or know where I start,

Apparantly building control will not sign off the building until they have been submitted

I know I tend to enjoy the lighter side of life a bit much which to some people can be a bit annoying but I feel our industry has been under attack for years, but no one has noticed. I reckon its time something was said

my answer would be..yes its 200ltr a day, they say... your figures are wrong ours show 125.
