I did a job for someone the other day where they had a fault with an RF stat, I sorted that and noticed they had low pressure on the system and after speaking to the lady she said that she had to top it up constantly, so I had a quick look and found that the exp vessel was flat and a little leak on a radiator valve so I sorted them for her for a little bit extra.

Just checked my checkatrade and she has left a review and gave me 10 on everything then basically said still got a problem with the pressure and that she is not happy as she paid extra!

I just phoned her and said I had noticed the feedback and said I don't want my customers to be unhappy and I will gladly come back out free of charge to double check and I said the chances are where I had drained it it is just a bit of air in the system so it will probably be ok from now on. I said you should of phoned me before leaving feedback like that as I would of sorted it.

What is wrong with people! Why not phone and say mark I still have pressure problems and I would of sorted it!

Am on it and up and running had a couple jobs now but if in doubt they don't get a card lol

I've been on it a few weeks and it paid for itself within 1 job and got another for 2k starting next week so I'm happy with it.

It would be nice if we could respond to the messages as I'm now a bit concerned that people will read that and now not phone me.

That id be happy about. I just can't believe somebody doesn't make a 1 minute phone call and I would of gone straight back to double check it.

if they dont ask for a price they just get the final invoice when I am done, bit like your garage servicing your car.
