hi i am finding my course pretty hard and was hoping i could get help from new or experience plumbers on a few question which i am finding hard to answer,all advices welcome.

1, what info must be left with customersafter installing a new boiler?
a)diy info, b) boiler template or c)material delivery note

2, what is provided with materials to confirm no and type of items delivered?
a) material schedule b)delivery advice note c)copy of order

3, what type of document would be used to plan the work activities on a long term maintenance contract?
a)programme b)material scedule c)installation plan

4, what info should be issued to a customer upon completion of a long term plan maintenance contract?
a)bill of quantities b)maintenance record c)maintenance programme
 
stumped me on all of above.
if this is your weekly college test, reread your notes.


by elimination 1c 2b 3a 4b ??

Good grief!

My guesses are: B, B, A, C

I always find these questions silly as, for example, the long term maintenance contract is more than likely to be raised from an architect or the project manager on a building site and not a new, inexperienced plumber/electrician/builder or whatever. And with question A, the answer is in the boiler manufacturer's instructions and, presumably, each manufacturer prints their instructions in difference ways and has one, two or three (or more) different types of paperwork delivered with the boiler!
