can this be done in a pressurised heating system

Hi all ,
on a pressurised heating system is it ok to take a flow and return up into the loft and down again to install new radiator also would it be prudent to put AAV at the high point , thanx in advance .

It is OK so long as it can be vented. It's not the best idea of course but sometimes these things are unavoidable.
I wouldn't use an AAV in your home personally. I find that they are prone to leak. In theory, once it is full, it shouldn't need bleeding so a manual one will be adequate.

Can the pipe work not be run another way?

Thankyou , yes I agree but I have a blockage issue in a newish house and it seems the only solution , I have explored other ideas
I appreciate your input I shall put manual valves in .

Manual air vents, yes. If you mean manual valves to pipework for isolation then use gate valves in my opinion.
