Brilliant, that makes perfect sense now. '5' is definantly in the wrong place. I'll move somewhere around point 2 this weekend and let you know how it goes.

I'll also confirm cylinder flow when I get home, so flow should go in the top and out bottom, is that what you are saying?

Co's I would have thought the other way around, my thought is hottess water should enter bottom first?

Top entry is usual and most efficient.

Just done a quick google, this was the first post I found, so not conclusive, but they say;

"On fully pumped systems it doesn't matter"

Would you agree?

Moved pipe position 5 to new location as per diagram below, works perfectly now.

turning off towel rad wouldnt stop heat getting to other 7 new rads so look at where u label 4 and ya can clearly see that , erpkid solution is correct

Its seems to me you have plumbed it in wrong and plumbed/wired in the zone valve wrong.

I take it your a Diyer?

Valve is wired correctly and works as it should, error was 'T' after hot water 'T'. The 3 'T' rule was news to me, glad I come on here, it was siomple once this was pointed out.

Yes DIY'er

Sorry, I don't understand last two posts, secondary circulation is now fixed by erpkid solution.
I posted a reply and then realized that you had already done what I had recommended, so my post was redundant. I have edited my post to, hopefully, make it clearer.
