CH not working HW working

We have Conventional CH system.
when I switch the EP2002 Programmer on and both lights would be on, however, the boiler and the pump is working for hot water but not for central heating.

Any ideas what is the problem? many thanks in advance

Sounds like either a 2 port valve or a 3 port valve depending on the system you have.............

Any ideas what does it take to fix it?

and if I bring a repairman what sort of prices do they normally charge to fix this?

possible to change port valve head if competant diy'er, just make sure you switch it of. details on how to do on other threads. part is £35-65 depending on make, typically about £40 labour depending on location.
