I have noticed a small leak coming from the flexible steel hose (water inlet) at the bottom of my cistern. The only problem is I haven't got a clue how to access it. The toilet is fitted against some MDF panels, with the flush mechanism (push button, air actuated variety) on top. There are no visible screws and the wall side has been siliconed in place. There is only about 3-4mm space around each panel so i don't think they are the push up and remove type.I've attached a photo to try and explain a bit better. Any help greatly appreciated.

Looks to me that the smaller top panel pops out towards you then the larger lower panel slides up then when clear of the catches it comes out again towards you. There may be silicone around the toilet pan that needs removing before the lower panel will move. Then you will see where the leak is coming from

Agree with rpm these are supplied with a key for removing top panel,if no key available make one by bending a thin length of metal and push into gap on end push metal behind panel and pull ,panel will
pop off, then slide up bottom panel and lift out.

Thanks rpm and brum. Got it sorted. Turns out the leak was coming from the base of the cistern and just running down the steel hose. Thanks a million for your quick replies.
