Close Coupled WC frequently blocking

So I went to this Job several weeks ago to have a look at a close coupled Wc that we had previously installed. The tenant claims that it keeps blocking. I checked it and all seems fine. However I had a call from our office telling me to go back tomorrow as he still having same probs.

I am stumped as have checked that the cistern fills to a high enough level. Checked flush and full flush working, checked angle and connection of soil pipe. Checked drains for blockages etc.

Could any suggest anything else? (before i start accusing him of using too much bog roll!) Btw it is a twyford options Wc

New close coupled toilets have crap flushes. Presumably it's a push-button valve? If not I hear they increase the dump force of the water so you could install one.

When you test it don't do it on empty, bung a decent wad of loo roll in it. Enough to simulate a good load. If there's nothing wrong with soil or drainage, it might just be combination of large amounts of waste coupled with poor flushing modern toilet. Worst case scenario refund part of money and then install a low-level wc, overcharge on materials and make money back.

A high level is better lol

check the soil vent pipe above the loo connection to the roof, if it is even partially blocked the loo wont flush properly

Yeah go for high level. Infact put the cistern in the loft space with a long chain coming down through the ceiling.
