Hi, guys ive been try to use the paper work which i got from the training centre
as a guide line to the reading flue gas from a room sealed boiler, the figures i have
on my paper work are as follows. Reading before service 0.004 or above full strip down.
A reading of above 0.008 after service id. How would i realate these figures to that of the
manufactures, which are CO2 max.input (%) 8,8(+/-0,3)* It aslso says in the instructions
* Measured without jacket , can any one help me to make this less confusing?

Boiler instructions http://www.mikrofill.com/images/PDF/54-technical.pdf page 23

Not actually using an analyzer at the mo, i was just trying to understand how i would realate the figures from the mi to the paper work
which are 0.004 b4 service, and below 0.008 satisfactory, instructions says CO2 max.input (%) 8,8(+/-0,3

it should relate to under 0.0004 but depending on mi,s and figure quoted, for example worcester 24 greenstar, under 0.0004 is the typical level but they ask for co2 of 9.8,so if using a anton sprint(and most will show this) you would be looking at the over all of 0.0004 or under and co2,for more guidance you will need to do cpa 1 and get corgis book on fga,s

The ratio reading is a measurement relative to the amount of CO in a sample of CO2. The analyser calculates the CO2 from the amount of O2. Confused? The measurement of CO is in Parts per million(ppm). The measurement of CO2 is in %. The machine calculates the Ratio for you. If you wish to work it out for yourself, you convert the COppm to % by dividing by 10,000. Example: CO 200ppm divided by 10,000 = CO 0.02% divded by CO2 10% = CO:CO2 Ratio 0.002.

I'm pretty sure Worcester state for the Ri 9.8% max, 9.2% min. No more than 200ppm and the ratio below 0.0020

Did the worcester course a while back and I think your right - I've got the print out for all worcester boilers in the van but its to windy to go and have a look. But your percentages and ratios seem spot on from memory
