commercial or domestic please help

Been asked to put a new boiler/boilers in a large property that's going to be a home for foster kids and this is a purpose built property for the business use of keeping fostered children. So could I do this job with just a domestic gas ticket? Or does this come under commercial

As long as Its a domestic sized boiler or boilers in cascade total power below 70kw i cant see what the problem is? somone will correct me if iam wrong, Kirkgas will know.

so you can work anywhere with in reason as long as its below 70kw or 0.035 purge
